摘　　要：朱世楷主任医师从事脾胃病临床工作50余年,治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效佳,经验独特:慢性糜烂性胃炎临床表现不一,临证需细心分辨;胃镜病理识别、宏观微观结合;兼顾脏腑关系,注重通法运用;常规治法效微,结合体质辨证;辨证辨机论治,对药剂型多样;注意生活调摄,留意饮食事项。Zhu Shikai, a chief physician, has worked on treating stomach and spleens diseases for more than 50 years.He has rich and unique experience in the diagnosis and treatment of erosive gastritis. Erosive gastritis exhibit different clinical manifestations and the clinical syndrome should be differentiated carefully. The disease can be identified by gastroscope and pathology, combined with grand and macro. We should pay attention to zang-fu organs relationship and the obstruction-removing therapy. The conventional method shows less effect, so can combine with constitutional syndrome differentiation. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation and pathogenesis, couplet medicines and diverse dosage form. The regulation of life and diet should be paid attention.
