简述经皮内镜胃造瘘和小肠造瘘术的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨论述经皮内镜胃造瘘和小肠造瘘术的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1~7月来我院行皮内镜胃造瘘患者80例和胃造瘘加小肠造瘘的患者30例,收集其临床资料进行分析。结果所有造瘘置管患者手术均成功率为100%,患者置管后营养均迅速恢复,并无严重并发症的发生。结论经皮内镜胃造瘘和小肠造瘘术是一种新型治疗方法,有较多优点。Objective To study the clinical application value of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy and small intestine fistula surgery. Methods In January 2015 to July 2015,we investigated the clinical data of 80 cases of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy and 30 cases of the small intestine fistula surgery plus percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. Results All patients with colostomy tube after operation were successful,the success rate was 100%,the nutrition were quickly restored after patients,no serious complications. Conclusion Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube fistula and small intestine fistula is a new type of treatment,there are more advantages.
