益生菌辅助多西环素补救方案根除幽门螺杆菌

摘　　要：目的:评价益生菌在辅助含多西环素补救根除幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的疗效及安全性。方法:选择200例Hp首次根除失败的胃炎、消化性溃疡患者,分为益生菌联合组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑、胶体果胶铋胶囊、多西环素、呋喃唑酮四联疗法7d,益生菌联合组采用益生菌培菲康和整肠生联合上述四联疗法。所有受试者停用抗生素至少4周后复查14 C-UBT。结果:按符合方案方法分析,益生菌联合组Hp根除率显著高于对照组(81.3%VS 68.1%,P=0.045),不良反应的发生率则低于对照组(8.3%VS 14.9%,P=0.179)。结论:益生菌联合组能显著提高四联补救疗法的Hp根除率,减少药物副反应,该方案值得进一步研究。Objective=Study of the efficacy and safety of the probiotics in the adjuvant therapy for rescue eradication containing doxycycline of Helicobacter pylori. Methods： 200 cases Patients who failed the first eradication therapy,with chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer, was divided into probiotics group and the control group, 100 cases in each group. Both groups received rabeprazole, Bismuthi Peetinum Colloidale, Doxycycline, furazolidone quadruple therapy for 7 days, in addition, probiotics group was treated with probiotics： Bifico and Bacillus Licheniformis. At least 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, the 14 C-UBT was examined. Results：Successful eradication rate for H. pylori in probiotics Joint group were higher than those of the control 13. 2%（81.3% VS 68. 1% ,P=0.045） significantly and probiotics Joint group causes fewer adverse event than the control 6. 6% （8. 3% VS 14. 9%, P = 0. 179）according to per protocol analysis. Conclusion：The prohiotics can significantly increase the eradication rate of I-I. pylori rescue quadruple regimen, and decrease the incidence of side effects.
