摘　　要：围绕能有效将环境保护与社会公平/凝聚力以及经济繁荣相结合的"可持续性产品服务系统与分散式经济"模型,本文介绍了由高等教育机构(HELs)发起的一项国际多极网络项目,即国际可持续设计学习网络项目(Le NS_in)。该项目是为了使高等教育的持续设计学国际化,并实现跨文化的教与学,其目的在于形成一个跨高等学府的公开/非营利性的多级化"共享式学习"知识传播体系,即使在低收入情况下也能访问。该项目,最近由欧盟委员会(Erasmus+Programme)授予,同时由4名中国核心合作伙伴(清华大学、武汉科技大学、湖南大学和江南大学)以及27个来自其他国家的设计大学(巴西、墨西哥、南非、印度及其欧洲)共同组成。This paper presents the international Learning Network of networks on Sustainability（Le NS_in） project, an international multipolar network of Higher Education Institutions（HEIs） aimed at the internationalization, intercultural cross-fertilization and accessibility of higher education on Design for Sustainability, focused on Sustainable Product-Service Systems and Distributed Economies, promising models to couple environmental protection with social equity/cohesion and economic prosperity. The objective is to foster a multipolar learningby-sharing knowledge diffusion across the HEIs with an open/copyleft ethos, accessible even in lower income contexts. The project, recently awarded by the EU commission（Erasmus＋ Programme）, involves 4 Chinese core partner（Wuhan University of Technology,Tingshua University, Hunan University, Jiangnan University） and 27 Worldwide（Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, India, Europe） universities of design.
