摘　　要：工业设计师能力的高低直接影响设计工作完成的效率,因此对能力进行评价是十分重要的。以成分亚理论为基础,构建了工业设计师的能力结构体系,并运用德尔菲法确立工业设计师能力评价指标体系。最后,采用层次分析法对工业设计师的能力指标进行权重的确定并分析了高级、中级及初级工业设计师的能力权重分配,得出结论。it is important to evaluate the ability of an industrial designer.as it directly affects the efficiency of the design, The author constructs the industrial designers＇ ability structure on the basis of componential sub-theory and establishs an ability-evaluation index system for industrial designers by employing Delphi method. Finally, the author determines the index weights of industrial designers with the analytic hierarchy process and analyzes the senior, intermediate and primary industrial designers＇ ability weight distribution and draws the conclusion.
