摘  要:目的:建立蓝莓花色苷提取物高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为其质量控制和科学评价提供依据。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈(A)-10%甲酸水(B)进行梯度洗脱,柱温25℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长520 nm。结果:建立了蓝莓花色苷提取物的指纹图谱,确定13个共有峰,指认了其中7个共有峰,10批样品相似度均>0.92。结论:该方法的精密度、重复性和稳定性良好,可用于蓝莓花色苷提取物及其相关产品的质量控制。Objective: To develop the fingerprints of blueberry anthocyanins by high performance liquid chromatography,and provide basis for quality control and scientific evaluation. Method: HPLC fingerprint was performed on Diamonsil C18( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with mixture of acetonitrile-10% formic acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min- 1. In addition,the detection wavelength and column temperature were set at 520 nm and 25 ℃,respectively. Result: Fingerprints of blueberry anthocyanins were established and there were 13 common peaks. Among them,7 common peaks were identified. The similarities of 10 batches of samples were greater than 0. 92. Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate,repeatable,stable and can be used as quality control method for blueberry anthocyanins extract and its related products.
