益气固脱颗粒质量标准

摘　　要：目的：建立益气固脱颗粒的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对方中的黄芪、当归、枳壳进行定性鉴别,用HPLC对黄芪甲苷、阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果：TLC斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性对照无干扰;黄芪甲苷、阿魏酸分别在0.112 0~1.120,0.012 0~0.120 g·L-1与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率依次为98.54%,97.79%,RSD分别为2.2%,1.9%。结论：定性定量方法简便、结果准确可靠、专属性强,所建标准可用于益气固脱颗粒的质量控制。Objective： To establish the quality standard of Yiqi Gutuo granules. Method： Qualitative identification of Astragalus, Angelica and Citrus Aurantium in the formula was carried out by thin-layer chromatography（ TLC）. HPLC method was used for the determination of astragaloside and ferulic acid contents.Result： TLC spots were clear and well-separated without negative interference. The linear range of calycosin glucoside,ferulic acid were 0. 012 0-0. 120 and 0. 112 0-1. 120 g·L- 1,respectively,with good linear relationship with the peak area integral value. The average recoveries were 98. 54% and 97. 79%,respectively. RSD were2. 2% and 1. 9%,respectively. Conclusion： The qualitative and quantitative method is simple,convenient,accurate and reliable with good precision. It can be used for the quality control of Yiqi Gutuo granules.
