摘 要:目的了解大学生儿童期性虐待与攻击性关系以及心理韧性在其中的中介作用,为儿童期性虐待干预提供理论依据。方法于2014年10月采用整群随机抽样方法,对辽宁省3所大学的999名在校学生进行中文版儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ-SF)、青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)和攻击性问卷(AQ-CV)调查。结果儿童期性虐的检出率为22.62%(226/999);男生儿童期性虐待得分(1.744±0.894)分,明显高于女生的(1.419±0.794)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000<0.001)。受虐组心理韧性均分及各因子得分均低于非受虐组,且除情绪控制维度外,受虐组攻击性均分及各维度得分均明显高于非受虐组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。大学生儿童期性虐待与心理韧性均分及各因子得分均呈明显负相关(P<0.01),与攻击性均分及各维度得分呈明显正相关(P<0.01);心理韧性均分及各因子得分与攻击性均分及各维度得分呈明显负相关(P<0.01)。儿童期性虐待能够正向预测大学生攻击性(γ=0.38,C.R.=10.01,P<0.001)。心理韧性在儿童期性虐待与大学生攻击性间起部分中介作用,中介效应量为0.159 9,占总效应的42.08%。结论儿童期性虐待可以直接影响大学的攻击性,也可以通过心理韧性对其产生间接影响。Objective To explore the relationship between childhood sexual abuse and aggressivity and the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship among undergraduate students. Methods Cluster sampling was applied in this study and 999 college students were chosen from 3 universities in Liaoning province. Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-28 Item Short Form(CTQ-SF) ,Adolescent Resilience Scale,and Aggressivity Questionnaire were applied in this investiga- tion. Results Among the participants ,22.62% (226/999) reported experience of being sexually maltreated during their childhood and the male students had a significantly higher average score of childhood sexual abuse than the female students( 1. 744 ± 0. 894 vs. 1. 419 ± 0. 794 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). The students with childhood sexual abuse had significantly lower average overall score(3.20 ± 0. 45 vs. 3.56 ± 0. 50) and domain scores for resilience and significantly higher average overall score (2. 67 ±0. 53 vs. 2. 27 ± 0. 56) and domain scores for agressivity compared with those without childhood sexual abuse( all P 〈 0. 001 ). Among the participants, childhood sexual abuse experience was reversely correlated to the total score and factor scores of psychological resilience and positively correlated to the total score and factor scores of aggressivity( all P 〈 0. 01 ). Childhood sexual abuse experience is a positive predictor of aggressivity during late adolescence (y = 0. 38, critical ratio = 10. 01, P 〈 0. 001 ). Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role in child abuse and ag- gressivity, explaining 42. 08 % of the total effect of the mediating effect. Conclusion Childhood sexual abuse could have a direct impact and an indirect impact through psychological resilience on aggressivity during late adolescence among col- lege students.
