摘 要:目的了解住院患者对营养知识的知晓情况及营养需求,为有针对性地为患者进行营养服务提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对13例住院患者进行半结构式深度访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象学7步法对录音资料进行分析。结果经过分析提炼出4个主题:住院患者营养知识知晓情况不佳;多数患者日常饮食结构不合理;平时缺乏体育运动;对营养有需求,渴望获得营养帮助。结论应加强营养师与医护人员的交流协作,共同提高住院患者合理营养的意识,并提供相应的营养支持服务,改善患者营养不良状况,最终提高整体医疗服务质量。Objective To know the hospitalized patients awareness of nutrition knowledge and their nutritional needs, and provide targeted nutrition services for them. Methods Using the phenomenological qualitative research methods for the 13 patients for semi-structured in-depth interviews, and by using the Colaizzi analysis data of 7 step learning. Results The results include four themes: the hospitalized patients' nutrition knowledge is poor; the majority of hospitalized patients daily diet structure is irrational; hospitalized patients usually lack of sports; they eager to obtain nutrition he lp. C o n c I u s i o n Nutritionists and medical staff should strengthen the exchanges and cooperation, jointly improve the consciousne s s of inpatients with proper nutrition, and provide nutritional support services, improve malnutrition in patients with, and ultimately improve the overall quality of medical service.
