摘　　要：构建了上市物流企业人力资源管理效率的评价指标体系,根据20家具有代表性的上市物流企业年报数据,通过DEA模型对其人力资源管理系统综合效率、纯技术效率与规模效率进行评价,并给出相应的对策建议,供物流企业人力资源管理者参考。In this paper, we built the evaluation index system of the human resource management efficiency of the publicly listed logistics enterprises, then according to the annual statement of 20 representative listed logistics enterprises and using the DEA model, evaluated the com- prehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the enterprises, and at the end, presented the corresponding countermeasures.
