摘　　要：以福州大学城为例,提出了建设大学高校食堂配送中心的思想,从源头上把握食品质量,保障学生身体健康;并对配送中心建设的可行性、选址以及运营等问题进行了分析。In this paper, in the case of the Fuzhou University City, we proposed the line of thinking for the construction of the canteen distribution center of the university city to guarantee the qualily of the food provided and the health of the students, and then analyzed the feasibility, location and operation of the distribution center.
