摘 要:目的探讨MICA基因第5外显子微卫星多态性与卵巢癌发病的关系。方法实验组包括95名临床已确诊卵巢癌患者,对照组包括99名无血缘关系的辽宁汉族健康女性。采用PCR-毛细管电泳方法检测被试MICA基因第5外显子微卫星的基因型。结果两组均检测出5种等位基因,分别为A4(179 bp)、A5(182 bp)、A5.1(183 bp)、A6(185 bp)和A9(194 bp)。正常对照组MICA第5外显子A5.1等位基因的频率最高,为33.8%。实验组和对照组MICA第5外显子A5等位基因的频率分别为31.1%和19.2%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论MICA基因第5外显子A5等位基因增加了卵巢癌的发病风险。Objective To explore the relationship between microsatellite polymorphism of MICA gene exon 5 and the risk of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 95 ovarian cancer patients and 99 unrelated healthy people were recruited in this study.PCR-capillary electrophoresis method was used to detect the microsatellite genotypes of MICA gene exon 5.Re-sults Five alleles were observed in both groups, A4(179 bp),A5(182 bp),A5.1(183 bp), A6(185 bp)and A9(194 bp), respectively.In the control group, A5.1 was the most common allele (33.8%).The frequency of A5 allele of MICA gene in ovarian cancer patients was significantly higher than that in controls (31.1%vs.19.2%, P〈0.01).Conclusion A5 allele of MICA gene exon 5 could be associated with high risk of ovarian cancer.
