民办高校学术交流体系构建研究

摘　　要：因办学经费、学术交流经验以及管理方面存在着不足,民办高校参与学术交流积极性和交流层次不高,对外交流不足。为进一步提升民办高校学术交流工作的总体水平,更好地发挥其在民办高校内涵建设过程中的作用,民办高校应从:积极寻求政府支持合作;落实规划目标,推进学术交流工作力度;理顺内部关系,释放学术交流活力;提高优质教育资源供给能力和水平;加大基础性工作投入力度等几个方面构建多层次的学术交流体系。Because of the lack of school funds, academic exchange experience and management, private higher learning institutions are not active to participate in academic exchanges and the communication level is not high, and foreign exchange is not enough. In order to further improve the overall level of private higher learning institutions academic communication work, better play its role in the course of the construction of connotation in private colleges, private colleges should： actively seek government support and cooperation; carry out the planning objectives, promote the academic communication; straighten out the internal relations, release the academic communication activity energy; improve excellent quality education resources supply ability and level; strengthen devotion into basic work to build multi-level system of academic exchange.
