摘　　要：武汉市仪表电子学校通过创新中职人才培养模式,创新企业实习形式,构建了工学多次交替的实习环境和校企合作的长效实训机制。探索出了适合中职学校实习过程管理和质量评价的有效方法,明确了学生校内实习、企业实习的责任与管理,实现与企业的零距离对接。全程监控校内外实习的全过程,形成学生、实习教师、企业三维度的"双元"评价模式,实现实习教学质量的客观评价体系的构建。Wuhan Instrument and Electronic Technical School established the work-study combination practice environment and the long-term training mechanism by innovating talent training mode and enterprise practice form. It explores effective methods suitable for vocational school practice process management and quality evaluation, defines responsibility and management of campus practice and enterprise practice, and realizes the zero docking with the enterprise. It monitors the whole process of practice, forms the three dimensional dual evaluation mode of students, internship teacher and enterprises, and realizes the construction of the objective evaluation system of teaching quality.
