摘　　要：近年来高职教育发展迅速,在培养专业技术人才方面起到了重要的作用。我国独立的高职高专院校占比重约达70%左右,成为我国高等教育重要的、不可或缺的一个组成部分。我国普通高校不断在扩招,这对高职毕业生的就业带来了一定的压力。通过对辽宁省高职毕业生的就业现状进行分析,指出了辽宁省高职毕业生就业存在的主要问题,同时根据存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策,期待能够高职就业提供相关的参考与借鉴。Higher vocational education has developed rapidly in recent years, and played an important role in training professional talents. China＇s independent higher vocational colleges account for about 70%, and have become an indispensable important component in our country＇s higher education. The enrollment expansion of ordinary colleges and universities in our country brings certain pressure for the employment of higher vocational graduates. By analyzing the current situation of higher vocational graduate employment in Liaoning province, it points out the main problems of higher vocational graduates＇ employment in Liaoning province, at the same time it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the present situation, looking forward to provide reference for higher vocational employment.
