摘 要:[目的]为了改善拖拉机的乘坐舒适性,对拖拉机驾驶室的振动特性及悬置隔振进行研究。[方法]利用Pro/E软件建立CF-700型拖拉机三维模型,参照国标编写了粗糙测试路面文件,在ADAMS软件中建立了拖拉机-轮胎-路面的虚拟样机模型。以实车试验验证仿真模型的有效性后对拖拉机驾驶室进行了多工况振动特性与悬置隔振仿真研究。[结果]仿真结果表明,拖拉机驾驶室质心所受到的振动强度与拖拉机的行驶速度有关,速度越大振动强度越大;驾驶室质心在3个方向的谱峰值频率都在3.1 Hz之内且行驶速度对各方向的谱峰值频率影响不明显;通过悬置隔振后,驾驶室质心各向加速度均方根值(RMS)均有所减小,在侧倾方向上的均方根值降低幅度最大,达50%。[结论]拖拉机驾驶室通过悬置隔振后,降低了驾驶室质心的振动强度,这为进一步研究拖拉机驾驶室的振动特性及减振技术提供了基础。[Objectives]In order to improve the driver riding comfort,the vibration characteristics and vibration isolation system of the tractor cab were studied. [Methods]A 3D model of a specific tractor was created in Pro/E,a rough road file was compiled according to the national standard,and a tractor-tire-road virtual prototype model was built in ADAMS. After the accuracy of the simulation model was validated by real vehicle tests,the vibration characteristics and vibration isolation of the tractor cab were studied by means of simulation. [Results]The result shows that vibration intensity of the centroid of the tractor cab is associated with the speed of the tractor,the higher tractor speed is,the stronger intensity of vibration is;the spectrum peak frequencies in vertical,pitch and roll directions are all under 3.1 Hz,and the spectrum frequencies are similar under different tractor speeds. By adding rubber suspension,the RMS of the acceleration in three directions of the tractor cab can be reduced. [Conclusions]The vibration intensity of tractor cab can be decreased by adding the rubber suspension. The conclusion provides a basic to further researches on vibration reduction for tractor cab.
