摘 要:目的了解不同民族人群职业紧张与倦怠情况,为不同民族职业紧张和倦怠的预防和干预提供参考依据。方法分层整群抽样随机抽取新疆某地区不同民族职业人群,采用职业紧张量表和职业倦怠量表进行调查和分析。结果不同民族的人群在职业紧张中责任、心理紧张反应、理性处事得分对比组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),汉族人群在这些项目中得分均低于维吾尔族和回族;倦怠各因子对比组间差异具有统计学意义,汉族人群在倦怠总分、情感耗竭方面得分均低于维吾尔族(P<0.05),汉族人群在情感耗竭与成就感降低方面低于回族(P<0.05);职业紧张与倦怠存在相关性(P<0.05);回归分析提示性别、工龄、职业任务、个体应对资源进入了回归方程(P<0.05)。结论民族是产生职业紧张和倦怠差异的因素,职业紧张影响倦怠。Objective To examine the relationship between stress and burnout among respondents by ethnicity for prevention of burnout in Xinjiang Province. Methods Randomly stratified cluster sampling among respondents by ethnicity in a given area in Xinxiang, the occupational stress scale and job burnout scale investigation and analysis. Results There were statistically significant differences responsibility, psychological stress reaction, ration thinking by ethnicity(P^0.05). The Han people in these projects scored lower than Uygur and Hui. There were statistically significant differences in the factors related to burnout by ethnicity among respondents. The Han people in burnout score, emotional burnout scores were lower than that of the Uygur. Each factor in the stress had a significant correlation with burnout(P 〈 0.05). The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that gender, work seniority, ORQ , PRQ impacted the score of burnout (P〈 0.05). Conclusions Ethnic is the factor of occupational stress and burnout, and stress impacts on burnout too.
