摘 要:作为智能电网的重要组成部分,电动汽车通过调控充放电功率可为电网提供备用容量,参与调峰调频等辅助服务,但该容量会受到用户出行需求、电池损耗等因素的影响。基于此,首先分析了电动汽车参与电网调度的控制模式,综合考虑用户出行需求、电池寿命、电池电量等约束,提出了一种规模化电动汽车实时可调度容量的评估算法。最后,模拟了一种以平抑总负荷波动为目标的充放电场景,根据可调度容量所需持续时间,基于所提方法评估出了分别用于电网一次、二次以及三次调频的电动汽车实时可调度容量,验证了该方法的有效性。As an important part of smart grid, electric vehicles (EVs) can supply reservation to grid by regulating charging and discharging power, providing ancillary services such as peak regulation, frequency regulation, etc. But the capacity is influenced by user demand, battery loss, etc. Firstly, the control model of EV involving in power dispatching is analyzed. Then an evaluation algorithm of EV real-time sehedulable capacity is proposed. The algorithm considers the user demand, battery life and battery power constraints comprehensively. Finally, a scene of smart charging to stabilize the total load fluctuation is simulated, and the proposed algorithm is applied to calculate EV aggregator real-time schedulable capacity used for primary frequency regulation, secondary frequency regulation, and tertiary frequency regulation, based on required duration of schedulable capacity, which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
