摘 要:为适应基础教育教学改革,师范院校必须通过整合资源、创新人才培养模式、优化课程设置、加强与中小学合作等措施改革教学内容、教师教育,从而提高教师教育的质量,尽快跟上基础教育改革的步伐,才能寻求自己的特色办学之路。高师英语教育只有与基础英语学科教学之间有机对接,才能实现高师教育与基础教育英语教学的双赢,才能共同培养出合格的中小学教师,服务于基础教育教学。In order to adapt to basic education teaching reform and improve the quality of teacher education, normal universities must take some measures to reform the teaching content, teacher education, such as integrating resources, innovating the training qualified personnel mode, optimizing the undergraduate curriculum, strengthening the cooperation with primary and secondary schools, so as to seek their own special way of running a school. Only by docking between basic English discipline teaching and college English education well, realizing win-win situation of English teaching in higher normal education and basic education, can we cultivate qualified primary and secondary school teachers together to serve basic education teaching.
