摘　　要：基于教育部2016年将要开展第四轮体育学科评估的政策背景,为进一步提升评估科学性,坚持第一手资料收集,运用文献资料法和比较分析法对德国高等教育中心(CHE)体育学科评估体系特征进行解析。总结其评估的4个特点:学生为中心的导向性;指标选取的全面性;评估结果的动态性;等级划分的模糊性。据此提出推动我国体育学科评估理念与实践双重转变的三点可操作性建议:采用更加灵活的排名办法;增加学生在评价体系中的话语权;提升评估的专业化与科学化。此外,通过对CHE体育学科评估前十名学校的学科建设情况进行分析,展现了当前德国体育学科发展的当代图景。The fourth round of sports disciplines evaluation will be started by the Education Ministry in 2016. The purpose of this paper was to collect first-hand information to reveal the characteristics of the German sports discipline evaluation system of CHE and analyze the discipline development of the top ten ranked universities. It could be seen that the evaluation focused on whether higher education was centred on the students, whether the evaluation indicators were comprehensive, whether the results were dynamic and whether the classification of levels was clear. In view of the above, the evaluation of sports disciplines in China should adopt a more flexible and scientificapproach to ranking. Moreover, more rights should be given to the students＇ evaluation.
