摘  要:以活性污泥菌悬液分别与小球藻、盘星藻和斜生栅藻进行配比固定,构建了多种固定化菌藻体系,对其处理富营养化水体水的效果进行了研究。结果表明,固定化菌-藻比例对处理效果有显著的影响,在最佳配比分别为小球藻:菌=1∶1,盘星藻:菌=2∶1,斜生栅藻:菌=1∶1的菌-藻体系中,其中TN最大累积去除率可分别达到39.03%、36.31%和34.34%,而PO34-P最大累积去除率分别为88.55%,91.73%和86.00%。在所构建的三种菌-藻体系中,活性污泥-小球藻体系在处理富营养化程度不同的水体时,均可获得较为理想的效果,其TN、NH4+-N、PO3-4P最大累积去除率分别达到98.82%,99.34%和94.01%,处理后的水体水质可达到地表水环境质量标准中的Ⅰ类标准,是藻华灾害原位治理的可行技术。This paper studied the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus in eutrophic waters with three kinds of co-immobilized bacteria-algae ( bacteria : activated sludge, algae : Chlorella, Pediastrum and Scenedesmus Obliquus) systems through setting up multiple immobilization systems, and the processing effects of eutrophic waters of differ- ent degree (five concentrations). The results showed that, in treatment of eutrophic waters, co-immobilized bacte- ria-alga system has a lot of advantages in the role of removing nitrogen and phosphorus by embedded on the same carrier. The best ratios of co-immobilized bacteria-algae of three kinds of algae are : Chlorella : bacterial = 1 : 1, Pediastrum : bacterial = 2: 1, and Scenedesmus obliquus : bacterial = 1 : 1, the maximum cumulative removal rates of TN are 39.03% ,36.31% and 34.34% , and the maximum cumulative removal rates of PO4^3- -P are 88.55% ,91. 73% and 86.00%. Under the optimal condition, the removal effects of nitrogen and phosphorus in different de- grees of eutrophic waters were also studied. The results show that, in the lower concentration of eutrophic waters, the system with Pediastrum : bacterial = 2: 1 and Scenedesmus obliquus : bacterial = 1 : 1 has excellent performance of nitrogen and phosphorus removal; while the different concentrations of eutrophic waters. TN, NH^4+ -N and PO4^3- -P by the system This result could meet Class I surface water system with Chlorella: bacterial = 1:1 has good purifying effects in In weighty eutrophic waters, the maximum cumulative removal rates of of Chlorella : bacterial = 1 : 1 are 98.82%, 99.34% and 94.01%. environment quality standard.
