摘 要:检测了我国主要烤烟产区的396份云烟87品种的C3F等级烟叶样品,分析了我国烤烟淀粉与物理指标的关系,并构建了二者的多元回归方程.结果表明:烤烟淀粉与叶面密度关系可用复合比级数曲线模型y=e(0.524 7+0.012 4x)描述,与平衡含水率关系可用指数模型y=1 873.971 7e-2.193x描述,与叶片厚度关系可用二次函数模型y=15.195 5-260.422 8x+1 494.051 2x2描述,与拉力关系可用对数模型y=6.111 8-2.673 7 lnx描述,与填充值关系可用逆矩阵模型y=-1.354 2+25.511 2/x描述,与单叶重关系可用幂函数曲线模型y=1.851x0.091 6描述,与含梗率关系可用混合曲线模型y=14.846 7×0.961 4x描述,与出丝率关系可用S模型y=e(4.862 6-306.049/x)描述,曲线回归方程相关性均达到极显著水平;烤烟淀粉含量与单叶重、叶面密度、叶片厚度和出丝率等指标呈极显著正相关关系,与填充值、平衡含水率、拉力和含梗率呈极显著负相关关系;通径分析表明单叶重、叶面密度、拉力、平衡含水率等物理指标对烤烟淀粉含量的直接作用绝对值较大.396 samples of tobacco leaves at C3 F grade from 87 Yunyan varieties in China main production area of flue- cured tobacco were detected. All the curve regression equations were extremely significant. Flue- cured tobacco starch content was significantly positive related with weight,density,thickness,cut tobacco yield of one single leaf,and significantly negative related with filling capacity,equilibrium moisture content tobacco pulling force and stem ratio. Path analysis between starch content and physical properties in flue- cured tobacco leaves indicates that: The physical index of the weight,density,pulling force and equilibrium moisture content of a single leaf has direct and significant effect on the starch content of tobacco.
