孔子学院与国际汉语教育的公共外交价值分析

摘　　要：孔子学院是新时期中国政府公共外交战略的重要组成部分。通过孔子学院的载体,借由教育输出的方法输出中国文化,进而提升中国的国家形象,并改善外国公共关系,善莫大焉。本文针对孔子学院与国际汉语教育的公共外交价值分析,通过对孔子学院、国际汉语教育、公共外交等概念的再界定,以及对孔子学院与国际汉语教育的公共外交的三个价值的逐项分析,论证了孔子学院为载体的国际汉语教育的重要意义,旨在通过有益的学术讨论,提醒政府、民间组织和社会团体对孔子学院项目的重视。Kong Zi college is an important part of the Chinese government＇s public diplomacy strategy in the new period. Through the carrier of the Confucius Institute, borrow by the output of educational output method of Chi- nese culture, and enhance China＇s national image, and improve the foreign public relations, Mo Dayan good. The val- ue of public diplomacy on Confucius Institute and international Chinese language education analysis, through the con- cept of Confucius Institute and international Chinese language education, public diplomacy to define, and the Confu- cius Institute and international Chinese language education in public diplomacy of the three value itemized analysis demonstrates that the Confucius Institute as carrier of international Chinese language education vital significance to by useful for academic discussion, to remind governments, non-governmental organizations and community groups to the Confucius Institute Project attention.
