高校二级单位纪检监察工作路径探究

摘　　要：加强二级单位纪检监察工作,创新管理体制机制成为高校亟待解决的问题。在高校二级单位的纪检监察工作实践中仍存在队伍建设不到位,监督体制不完善等问题。为适应高校党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉需要,要加强二级单位纪检监察队伍建设,创新监督体制机制,扎实推进党风廉政建设责任落实工作,是确保高校健康快速发展的关键因素。Strengthing the discipline inspection work of secondary unit and innovating management systems and mechanisms become an urgent problem in the colleges and universities. There are still some problems as team con- struction does not reach the designated position, imperfect supervision system and so on. In order to adapt to the need of universities to build a clean government and combat corruption, strengthening the discipline inspection team con- struction of the secondary unit , innovating supervision system mechanism ,making solid progress in the implementa- tion of the party to build a clean government are key factors to＇ensure the healthy and rapid development of colleges and universities.
