圣经视域下的《七角楼》——作品中的人物圣经原型

摘　　要：《七角楼》是霍桑继《红字》之后的第二部罗曼史,也是美国文学史上的一部经典作品。霍桑一生深受清教思想的影响,在创作中植入了大量的圣经人物,作为自己创作的原型。详尽地分析《七角楼》中人物的圣经原型,包括耶稣原型、撒旦原型、亚当和夏娃原型,为分析和阐释该作品提供了一个新的视角,也为进一步研究霍桑的清教观奠定了一定的基础。The House of the Seven Gables, the second romance produced by Nathaniel Hawthorne after his mas- terpiece The Scarlet Letter, ranks among the recognized classics in American literature. Deeply influenced by Puri- tanisml Hawthorne transplants plenty of biblical character archetypes into the novel during his creation process. By close reading, the biblical archetypes of the characters in The House of the Seven Gables, including the archetype of Jesus, the archetype of Satan, and the archetypes of Eve and Adam are intensively analyzed, which provides another new perspective for further analyses and explanation of the novel and lays a foundation for a further study on Hawthorne＇s view on Puritanism.
