摘　　要：目的了解医院急诊处方抗菌药物的应用情况,为急诊合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取2013年1~12月12 000张急诊处方,统计分析抗菌药物的应用情况。结果抗菌药处方4 309张,使用率为35.90%,符合要求,但仍存在注射剂使用比例高、个别品种滥用、用药不适宜等情况。结论对于急诊科存在的不合理使用抗菌药,医院要进一步加强对急诊科的监管力度,增加急诊科抗菌药处方专项点评,强化医师合理使用抗菌药物的意识,这样才能提高抗菌药合理使用水平。Objective To investigate the application of our hospital emergency prescription of antibiotics to provide reference for emergency rational drug use. Methods 12 000 emergency prescriptions of antibiotics from January to December2013 were randomly selected. The applications status of antimicrobial drugs was analyzed statistically. Results In 4 309 prescriptions of antibacterial drugs,the utilization rate was 35. 90%,meeting the requirements. But there were still a high proportion of injection use,abuse of individual species,inappropriate medication and so on. Conclusion The use of antimicrobial drugs in emergency department there are still more unreasonable phenomenon,so the hospital should further strengthen supervision,increased the number of emergency department antimicrobial prescription special comments,strengthen physician awareness of rational use of antimicrobial drugs,in order to improve the level of rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
