低分子肝素钙对急性脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原功能水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)功能水平在不同时间段的变化及低分子肝素钙治疗对其的影响。方法:选择100例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组),按照随机数字表法分为抗凝组和非抗凝组,各50例,并设立对照组50例,抗凝组给予低分子肝素钙治疗,分别于第1、10天检测Fg水平,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:脑梗死组两个时间点血浆Fg的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);抗凝组和非抗凝组治疗前后Fg水平比较,治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后抗凝组明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);应用低分子肝素干预治疗10 d后,抗凝组总有效率为92%,非抗凝组总有效率为48%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死后血浆Fg水平明显增高,应用低分子肝素抗凝治疗能降低患者血凝状态,且能提高临床疗效。Objective：To investigate the changes of Plasma fibrinogen function levels at different time periods in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and their changses in response to Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium treatment.Method：100 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into anticoagulant group and non-anticoagulant group,50 cases in each group,and establish health group 50 peoples（the control group）, Anticoagulant group were treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium.We＇ve detected that Plasma fibrinogen function levels in 1,10 d,and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result：Cerebral infarction group at two time points of plasma Fg levels were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.01）. Compare anticoagulation group and control group before and after treatment Fg level,no difference before treatment（P〈0.05）,after treatment,the anticoagulant group was significantly lower,there was significant difference（P〈0.01）.Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium for 10 days after the intervention,the total effective rate of the anticoagulant group（92%） was higher than that of the non-anticoagulant group（48%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fg plasma after acute cerebral infarction are significantly increased,Low Molecular Weight Heparin anticoagulant therapy can reduce blood clotting status of patients,and it can improve the clinical efficacy.
