摘 要:通过热-应力耦合数值模拟,研究了高岩温铁路隧道初期支护和二次衬砌在不同岩温下的安全性;通过室内试验测试了铁路隧道常用防水材料及两种新型防水材料的高温性能;通过有限元数值模拟比选了高岩温铁路隧道新型的支护结构体系。在以上研究基础之上,对高岩温铁路隧道支护结构体系进行了分级。结果表明:高岩温铁路隧道支护结构体系可以分为四级。当岩温小于45℃时,支护结构体系采用标准设计;当岩温为45~60℃时,初期支护需特殊设计,需选用新型防水材料;当岩温为60~80℃时,初期支护和防水材料需特殊设计,二次衬砌需配筋设计;当岩温大于80℃时,支护结构体系需特殊设计。Based on the numerical simulations of thermo-mechanical coupling,the safety of primary support and secondary lining of railway tunnel with high rock temperature were studied at different rock temperatures.. The hightemperature performance of railway tunnel waterproof materials in common use and two new waterproof materials were tested by laboratory experiments. Through finite element simulations,the new support structure systems were compared and the most appropriate one was selected. Based on the above studies,the support structure systems of railway tunnel with high rock temperature were classified by rock temperature. The results show that the support structure system of railway tunnel with high rock temperature can be categorized into 4 grades. When the rock temperature is lower than45℃,the standard design shall be applied to the support structure system,while when the rock temperature is around 45~ 60℃,the primary support should be specially designed and the new waterproof material should be applied. When the rock temperature is around 60 ~ 80℃,both the primary support and waterproof material should be specially designed,and the secondary lining should be reinforced in design. When the rock temperature is higher than 80℃,the support structure system should be specially designed.
