摘　　要：利用解析方法研究了一类广义二项指数和的四次均值问题,并且给出了一个精确的计算公式。所得结果表明相似广义二项指数和的四次均值之间具有密切联系。With the aids of the analytic methods,the fourth power mean value of the general twoterm exponential sum is studied,and one explicit formula is obtained.It is shown that the fourth power means of the analogous general two-term exponential sums have close connection.
