摘 要:目的:探讨任务工单式考核法在基础护理技术实训课中的应用效果。方法:选择2013级56名专科护生作为实验组,采用任务工单式考核法;选择2013级55名专科护生作为对照组,采用传统考核模式,比较两组护生基础护理技能的考核成绩,并通过调查问卷了解实验组护生对任务工单式考核法的评价。结果:对照组护生的考核总成绩为87.06分±3.66分,实验组护生的考核总成绩为88.48分±2.48分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在评估病人、沟通与人文关怀、健康教育和护理操作流程方面,实验组学生的成绩也高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。实验组大部分护生对任务工单式考核法持赞同态度。结论:任务工单式考核法能比较全面、客观、公平地评价护生基础护理技能水平和综合能力。Objective: to discuss the application effect of task order assessment method in basic nursing technology training class.Method: 56 nursing students of 2013 are selected as the experimental group, using task order assessment method; 55 nursing students of 2013 are selected as the control group, using traditional assessment method. Compare the assessment grade of the two groups of students and learn the experiment group's evaluation on the task order assessment method though questionnaire. Result: the assessment grade of the control group is 87.06 ±3.66, and the grade of the experiment group is 88.48 ±2.48. The comparative difference has statistical significance(P0.05). The grade of the experiment group is higher than the control group in evaluation of patients, communication and humanistic care,health education and nursing operation process(P 0.05). Most of the students in the experiment group support the task order assessment method. Conclusion: the task order assessment method can evaluate the basic nursing skills and comprehensive abilities of the nursing students comprehensively, objectively and fairly.
