2011年-2014年永康市不锈钢保温杯卫生质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解永康市2011年-2014年不锈钢保温杯卫生质量情况及变化趋势,为各相关部门的监督管理工作提供科学依据。方法 2011年-2014年质量技术监督局对本市不锈钢保温杯厂家进行随机抽样,4年共抽检样品1 263份,依据GB/T 5009.81—2003进行检测,检测项目为铅、铬、镍、镉、砷,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2011年的合格率为74.6%,2012年的合格率为80.1%,2013年的合格率为86.2%,2014年的合格率为91.3%。结论永康市不锈钢保温杯产品合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但仍有待提高,不合格指标主要为铬、镍。希望生产企业进一步完善工艺水平,政府相关部门加强监管力度,以确保消费者的身体健康。Objective To understand the health quality and trends of stainless steel vacuum cup in Yongkang city from 2011 to2014 and provide a scientific basis for the supervision of relevant departments. Methods 1 263 stainless steel vacuum cup samples for the four years were randomly selected from manufacturers by bureau of quality and technical supervision and detected according to GB / T 5009. 81—2003. The detection items were lead,chrome,nickel,cadmium and arsenic,then the results were statistically analyzed. Results Rate of qualification was 74. 6% in 2011,80. 1% in 2012,86. 2% in 2013 and 91. 3%in 2014 respectively. Conclusion The qualification rates of stainless steel vacuum cup in Yongkang city were increasing year by year,but the quality still need to improve. The main failed items were chrome and nickel. The manufacturers need to improve the production technology,and the relevant departments need to strengthen supervision to ensure the health of consumers.
