摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)基因-590C/T及-34C/T多态性与慢性牙周炎易感性的关系。方法采用病例对照实验设计,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性基因分析方法,比较104例慢性牙周炎患者和106例牙周健康者IL-4基因-590位点、-34位点基因型和等位基因分布特点。结果 IL-4基因-590位点C、T等位基因频率及基因型在两组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IL-4基因-34位点C、T等位基因频率及基因型在两组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-4基因-590、-34位点的多态性与汉族人群慢性牙周炎的易感性无明显相关性。Objective To investigate whether the IL-4-590C/T、-34C/T polymorphism influence the occurrence and development of chronic periodontitis. Methods The genotypes of IL-4 in a case-control study including 104 patients with chronic periodontitis and 106 healthy controls were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms（PCR-RFLP）. Distributions of single alleles and genotypes were calculated by the chisquare test. Results No significant difference in the allele and genotype frequencies of IL-4-590 and IL-4-34 between patients and controls was found. Conclusion The results suggest that the IL-4-590 and IL-4-34 gene polymorphisms are not associated with the susceptibility of Chinese Han population to chronic periodonitis.
