摘 要:以天然气为清洁替代燃料,研究目前市场存量较大的机械泵式柴油机的天然气-柴油双燃料技术改装.电控系统是柴油机进行双燃料应用技术的核心,基于双燃料系统的总体性能要求研发电控单元,包括:主控系统、模拟信号处理、执行器驱动等电路模块,并提出以燃油喷射压力的变化信号作为控制天然气喷气时刻的理论依据和控制方法.台架试验表明:研发的电控系统能够实现各传感器数据采集,满足天然气喷嘴和步进电机控制性能的要求,具有较好的可行性和可靠性.Currently , diesel engines with injection pump are still widely used for various services , so it is necessary to develop dual fuel retrofitting technology on the basis of natural gas as a clean -alter-native fuel.Electronic control unit is the core of dual -fuel diesel engine system .To meet the general requirements of retrofitting dual fuel diesel engine with injection pump , the electronic control unit is developed .After the main control chip is determined , the whole hardware circuits are designed into modules for main control system , processing analog signal , driving actuator and so on .Meanwhile , the control theory and method of natural gas injection timing are put forward base on the pressure variation signal of diesel injection .Finally , experiments on engine bench show that the electronic control unit developed in high feasibility and reliability is capable of handling sensor data and qualified for control -ling natural gas injector and stepper motor .
