摘 要:目的了解石家庄市区中小学生营养状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法抽取石家庄市内6区12所中小学校6-18岁在校学生22 707名为监测对象,采用体格测量方法和《学生体质健康标准》评价其营养状况。结果石家庄市各年级学生营养不良检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.377,P〈0.005),在初二达到最高;各年级学生较低体重检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.401,P〈0.005),在小学阶段整体处于下降趋势,小学六年级达到最低,初高中阶段呈波浪式上升趋势;各年级学生超重检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.578,P〈0.005),小学五年级超重检出率最低;各年级学生肥胖检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.038,P〉0.05)。营养不良检出率初中学段高于小学、高中学段,差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.375、3.627,P〈0.05),小学和高中学段学生的营养不良检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.256,P〉0.05);小学、初中、高中学段的较低体重检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=76.317,P〉0.05);超重检出率小学学段低于初中、高中学段,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.693、8.809,P〈0.05),初中和高中学段的超重检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.303,P〉0.05);肥胖检出率高中学段低于小学、初中学段,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.519、43.761,P〈0.05),小学和初中学段的肥胖检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.499,P〉0.05)。营养不良检出率和肥胖检出率男生均高于女生,差异有统计学意义(χ2=76.916、181.360,P〈0.05);男、女生的较低体重、超重检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.003、0.002,P〉0.05)。结论石家庄市是同时存在肥胖和较低体重的双重健康问题的地区,应加强学生和家长的营养教育,改善学生不良的饮食行为,从而逐步改善学生的营养状况。Objective To investigate the nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Shijiazhuang city,and to provide basis for intervention measures. Methods 22707 students aged 6- 18 in 12 primary and secondary schools from 6 districts in Shijiazhuang city as the monitoring object,and using physical measurement methods and the student 's physical health standard evaluates the nutritional status. Results There was significant statistical difference on malnutrition detection rate of all grades students in Shijiazhuang city( χ2=9. 377,P〈0. 005),reached the highest in the second year of junior high; There was significant statistical difference on lower weight detection rate of all grades students( χ2= 37. 401,P〈0. 005),showed overall downward trend in the primary stage,reached to the lowest in the sixth grade of elementary school,showed a wave like rising trend in junior and high schools; There was significant statistical difference on overweight detection rate of all grades students( χ2= 8. 578,P〈0. 005),the lowest for the fifth grade of primary school;There was no significant statistical difference on overweight detection rate of all grades students( χ2= 1. 038,P〈0. 05). Malnutrition detection rate of junior middle school period is higher than that of primary school,high school period,the difference is statistically significant( χ2= 47. 375,3. 627, P〈0. 05),primary school and high school students nutrition poor detection rate differences had no statistical significance( χ2=0. 256,P〈0. 05); There was no significant statistical difference on lower weight detection rate of all grades students( χ2= 76. 317, P〈0. 05); Incidence of overweight rate of primary school below junior middle school,the high school period,and the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 16. 693,8. 809,P〈0. 05),junior and senior high school in overweight detection rate between the two groups had no statistical significance( χ2= 0. 303,P〈0. 05); Obesity rate high school pe
