摘 要:目的了解北方某工业城市生活饮用水的污染状况及污染物的潜在危害性,为改善水质、控制污染、保证市民健康提供科学依据。方法在该工业城市H河沿岸选定调查区和对照区,分别收集致突变试验(Ames试验)数据、婴儿和新生儿资料,分析饮用水中致突变物质与当地婴儿、新生儿死亡率的相关性。结果通过统计学方法检验,调查区与对照区相比,其饮用水致突变强度、婴儿和新生儿死亡率都较高。结论该市市政饮用水的致突变性强度高时,当地婴儿和新生儿的死亡率也较高,应引起相关部门的重视。Objective To understand the condition of drinking water pollution and the potential harm of pollutants in a northern industrial city, improve water quality, provide a scientific basis for pollution coutrol, protect resident' s health. Methods polluted area and control area along the H rivet" were selected, mutagenic test data were collected and the information of infants and neonates, find the correlation between mutagenic substances in drinking water and local neo- natal mortality. Results Through statistical tests, the drinking water mutagenic strength and infant and neonatal mortality in polluted area was higher than the control area. Conclusion The higher the drinking water mutagenic strength is, the higher the local infant and neonatal mortality rate is, so more attention of the relevant departments should be paid on them.
