摘　　要：为了解决组织蜡块处理过程中出现的问题，通过工作经验的累积及阅读大量相关的文献，本文就组织蜡块无法制片或制片困难的原因及处理进行综述，以求在日后的工作中更好地解决问题，制作出优秀的常规HE石蜡切片。In order to solve the problems of organizational wax block processing, through a large number of relevant literature accumulated work experience and reading, this paper is to summarize the causes and treatment of the block difficult or impossible to cut. It will be better to solve the problem in the future work and make paraffin section.
