摘 要:为全面探讨微生态制剂对肉羊生长性能、营养物质消化率、免疫功能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响,为微生态制剂在肉羊生产中的合理应用提供参考依据。研究将90只肉羊随机分成3组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加500mg/kg和1 000mg/kg微生态制剂。试验结果显示,试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比,在平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比、干物质消化率、粗脂肪消化率、粗纤维消化率、脾脏指数、IgG含量、IL-6含量、屠宰率、pH、剪切力、滴水损失、熟肉率方面差异均显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比,在平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比、干物质消化率、粗蛋白消化率、粗脂肪消化率、粗纤维消化率、脾脏指数、IgG含量、IgA含量、IL-2含量、IL-6含量、屠宰率、净肉率、GR值、大理石纹、pH、剪切力、滴水损失、熟肉率方面差异均显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组之间,在平均日采食量、粗蛋白、粗纤维、滴水损失方面差异显著(P<0.05),其它检测指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。表明肉羊基础饲粮中添加500mg/kg和1 000mg/kg微生态制剂均能显著提高肉羊的生长性能、营养物质消化率、免疫功能、屠宰性能和肉品质,增加养殖经济效益,生产中建议选择500mg/kg作为最适添加剂量。To investigate the effect of microbial ecological agents on sheep growth performance, nutrient digestibility, immunity, slaughter performance and meat quality, and providea reference for reasonable application of microbial ecological agents for sheep production, 90 meat sheep were divided into three groups(control group, group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ ), the control group was fed basal diet, group Ⅰ ,Ⅱ were respectively added 500 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg microbial ecological agents in basal diets. The test results showed that in the group Ⅰ , compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake, average daily gain, feed conversion ratio, dry matter digestibility, crude fat digestibility, crude fiber digestibility, spleen index, IgG content, IL-6 levels, the slaughter rate, pH, shear force, drip loss, cooked rate were significantly different (P〈0.05); Asfor group Ⅱ ,compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake, average daily gain weight, feed conversion ratio, dry matter digestibility and crude protein digestibility, crude fat digestibility, crude fiber digestibility, spleen index, IgG content, IgA content, IL-2 content, IL-6 content, dressing percentage, net meat rate, GR value, marbling, pH, shear force, drip loss, cooked rate were significantly different (P〈0. 05); average daily feed intake, crude protein, terms of crude fiber, drip loss were significantly different between Group Ⅰand Ⅱ (P〈0.05), differences between other indexes were not significant (P〉0.05). Basal diet which added 500 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg of probiotics can significantly improve the growth performance, nutrient digestibility, immune function, slaughter performance and meat quality of meat sheep, and also can increase the economic benefits of aquaculture,500 mg/kg as the optimal amount of additives was recommended because of clinical application .
