超选择肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾错构瘤破裂出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨超选择肾动脉栓塞术诒疗肾错构瘤破裂出血的疗效及预后。方法：回顾性分析我院自2010年1月～2014年9月采用超选择肾动脉栓塞术治疗21例肾错构瘤破裂出血患者的临床资料，观察患者术后肿瘤大小、血红蛋白、血压、心率、肾功能及并发症情况。结果：21例患者手术均顺利。术后复查血红蛋白较术前略升高，血压、心率平稳。术后3个月复查CT示肿瘤明显减小，肾功能均在正常范围。结论：超选择肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾错构瘤破裂出血具有创伤小、恢复快、肾功能影响小等优点，是临床上、治疗肾错构瘤破裂出血的一种可行有效的治疗方案。Objective：To explore the efficacy and prognosis of selective renal artery embolization for renal an- giomyolipoma with rupture and bleeding. Method：We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 21 cases of renal angiomyolipoma with rupture and bleeding in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2014. They were treated with selective renal artery embolization. The clinical data included tumor size, hemoglobin, blood pressure, heart rate, renal function and complications. Result.. All patients were operated successfully. Postoperative hemo g｜obin increased lightly, but blood pressure and heart rate showed steady. Three month later CT scan showed that the tumor significantly reduced, and the renal function was within normal range. Conclusion.. Selective renal artery embolization for renal angiomyolipoma with rupture and bleeding has some advantages of little trauma, quick recovery, little influence on renal function, etc. It can be a feasible and effective treatment for renal angiomyolipoma with rupture and bleeding clinically.
