中国第一所研究生院办院模式与培养制度的早期探索

摘　　要：中国科学技术大学研究生院创建于1978年，是新中国第一所研究生院。建院初期，它依托中国科学院，实行“全院办院，院所结合”的办院模式，并在招生、培养和学位制度建设等方面进行了一系列开创性的探索和实践，为我国的研究生教育和高层次人才培养积累了经验，做出了贡献。本文梳理中科大研究生院建院早期（1978～1987）的史料，并探讨其办院模式和研究生培养制度，可为当下中国高校研究生院建设提供借鉴。Established in 1978, the Graduate School of the University of Science and Technology of China is the first graduate school in China. In its early stage of development, it was operated by utilizing available resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences （CAS） with collaborations between its departments and various CAS research institutes. It made bold reforms in its student recruitment, training and degree system, achieved plenty of experience and contributed considerably to the development of graduate education in the nation. Based on the study of archives, this paper reviews the history of the Graduate School be- tween 1978 and 1987, and discusses its system of operation and training during the period. It is hoped that our findings will be of value to the development of graduate schools in China today.
