摘　　要：对5所重点高校全日制专业学位研究生调查显示:专业学位不是学生的首要选择;导师对学术型和专业型硕士的培养区分不够;实践性课程设置与实际工作需求脱节严重。对影响就业竞争力的因素进行因子分析和回归分析,提出为提高培养质量,应重视培养教学和实习实践。An investigation of full-time professional master＇s students at five selected key universities indicates： a professional degree is not the first choice for most students; there is not a sufficient distinction between professionally-oriented and academi- cally-oriented training; and practical courses do not fully meet the needs for employment. Results of factor analysis and regres- sion analysis of the factors affecting the employment competitiveness suggest that in order to improve the quality of education, teaching and practice should be further strengthened.
