摘　　要：对弯曲骨架零件进行了工艺分析,指出了模具设计要点。设计利用了成型侧刃粗定位、导正钉精定位,保证了良好的导料及导正精度,采用了卸料板由4根固定在凸模固定板上的内导柱导向,使卸料板又有了导板作用,从而使凸模有良好导向,冲孔、冲切外形、弯曲和切断多套工序在一套连续模上,极大地提高了生产效率;凸模、凹模采用了镶拼结构,便于拆卸及刃磨维修。By analyzing the bent skeleton forming process,the key die design points was pointed out.The die takes advantage of forming side edge for coarse positioning,guide straight nail for fine positioning,to ensure a good guide precision.A stripper plate is guided by four inner guide post fixed on the punch mounting plate,which will have guides action.These can make punch have good guide,and punching,blanking shape,bending and cutting sets step in a continuous die,improving the production efficiency.A mosaic structure is used to punch and die to be easy to disassemble and repair.
