摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,严重影响患者的生命质量并给社会带来沉重的负担。目前β绽粉样蛋白(Aβ)相关基因及其病理沉积作为AD疾病的始动因素的地位得到一定认可,在此基础上与AD病程发展及认知损害程度相关的tau蛋白的研究也越来越受到重视。无论是tau蛋白的扩散还是tau蛋白磷酸化过程中与微管相互作用、形成神经纤维缠结,都是影响AD进展的重要环节。文中主要论述近年tau蛋白修饰和磷酸化在AD中的研究进展,探讨tau蛋白扩散及异常磷酸化在AD疾病中的作用与联系。As a neurodegenerative disease, Alzheimer's disease(AD) has not only seriously affected the quality of patients' life, but also been a heavy social burden. At present the status of Aβ genes and Aβ protein deposition as the initiating factors of AD has got some recognition. Based on this, the study of tau protein which level is greatly related with the progression of AD and cognitive impairment has been paid more attention. Whether tau protein's propagation or its phosphorylation which affects the function of microtubules and leads to neurofibrillary tangles, it plays an important part of the progression of AD. The advances in tau protein modification and phosphorylation to investigate the role and the relation of tau protein diffusion and its abnormal phosphorylation in AD pathogenesis were reviewed.
