临床数据管理的图形化检视方法

摘　　要：临床试验数据量巨大,数据清理需要多种手段相结合,其中可视化技术是国际最新发展趋势。本文重点针对临床数据管理过程中不同阶段和不同类型数据,概述了8种可视化图形,涵盖试验的全过程,形成一个应用路径,显示数据之间的关联和趋势,直观理解数据信息,快速发现异常数据,使数据管理过程变得轻松生动,提高了数据质量和试验效率。Due to a great amount of data in clinical trials, the data cleansing needs to adopt a variety ofmeasures, including the latest developed visual check approach. According to the different types of clinicaldata and the different stages in the course of clinical data management, this study reviews 8 types of visualgraphics that show the relevance and trend among the data. The series of graphics can rapidly detect abnormaldata, monitor clinical research in real-time, make the data management process much easier and improve theclinical trial efficiency and data quality.
