摘　　要：随着扶贫开发攻坚的不断深入,吉林省在取得斐然成绩的同时,也存在贫困地区自然条件较差、扶贫开发工作运行机制有待完善、扶贫资金不足且扶贫政策及项目缺乏针对性与实效性、人口素质低等亟待解决的突出问题。需要从挖掘贫困地区比较优势资源、完善扶贫开发工作运行机制、完善扶贫资金管理制度、加强教育(培训)扶贫等方面,进一步加强吉林省扶贫开发工作。With the deepening of development-oriented poverty reduction,Jilin Province has made prominent achievements. But some problems should be concerned at the same time. The natural conditions in poor areas are not promising. The operative mechanism of development-oriented poverty reduction needs to be improved. The fund for development-oriented poverty reduction is inadequate. The policy of development-oriented poverty reduction is not very targeted and lacks effectiveness. The quality of population is relatively low. In order to solve these problems,firstly,it is necessary to develop resources with comparative advantages in poor areas. Secondly,it is essential to improve the operative mechanism of development-oriented poverty reduction. Thirdly,it is important to perfect management system of development-oriented poverty reduction. Fourthly,it is vital to strengthen the education.
