摘　　要：随着客车整车NVH性能的不断提升，客车行驶中悬架系统的NVH问题日益突出。本文通过对某客车的NVH性能的测试，发现其主要问题为悬架与传动系的频率分布不当引起。通过传动系参数、悬架刚度的调整和非悬挂质量系统阻尼比的增大对车辆进行了整改，提出客车设计中悬架与传动系匹配的频率分布原则。With the improvement of bus NVH performance,NVH problem of suspension system is increasing prominent during bus operation.When doing test for bus NVH performance,find out its main problem is improper freguency distribution of suspension and power train.Rectification of vehicle through increasing power train parameter,adjustment of suspension rigidity and non suspension system damping ratio, put forward frequency distribution principle of suspension and power train matching in bus design.
