摘 要:己烯雌酚是禁用于所有食品动物的一种雌激素,其动物源自然基体标准物质的研制存在一定的难度。与加料基体标准物质相比,动物源自然基体标准物质经过动物体代谢,目标化合物和基体结合情形与真实检测样品一致,可以保障测试结果的准确性和质量控制的有效性。从己烯雌酚的应用背景和其在动物体内药物代谢动力学出发,探讨了近年来己烯雌酚动物源自然基体标准物质制备技术和检测分析技术的进展情况,以期为己烯雌酚动物源自然基体标准物质的成功研制提供一定的参考。Diethylstilbestrol is a kind of estrogen which is forbidden to use for the animals whose products consumed by human. It is difficulty to prepared natural-matrix diethylstilbestrol standard reference material of animal origin. Compared with simulated-matrix standard reference materials,natural-matrix standard reference materials of animal origin which metabolized by live animal and the situation of target analytes combined to matrix is same to real samples. Therefore,natural-matrix standard reference materials of animal origin can guarantee the accuracy of test results and the effectiveness of the quality control. This work was drew from the application background and pharmacokinetic behaviors in animals of diethylstilbestrol,discussed the progress situation about the preparation and detection techniques of the natural-matrix diethylstilbestrol standard reference material of animal origin in recent years,and offered some reference to the successful development of the relevant natural-matrix standard reference materials of animal origin.
