摘 要:通过两家制造业企业的纵向比较案例分析,本文试图分析中国企业在不同技术发展阶段应该如何选择与其吸收能力相匹配的外部知识获取模式,并在两者互动中提升企业创新绩效从而实现能力追赶.研究发现:在企业选择外部知识获取模式过程中,企业知识吸收能力演化(识别与获取能力—理解与消化能力—转化和应用能力)扮演了重要的角色,两者动态匹配机制为"识别与获取能力—企业并购"、"理解与消化能力—企业合作"、"转化和应用能力—引进专家";企业外部知识获取能够明显提升企业知识吸收能力,而后者又会影响企业下阶段知识获取模式的选择;选择与企业吸收能力相匹配的外部知识获取模式,可显著提升企业创新绩效.本文研究结论对于理解中国企业通过外部知识提升自身创新绩效具有理论和实践意义.With a longitudinal comparative case study of two manufacturing enterprises,it attempted to analyze how Chinese enterprises in different technique development stages choose external knowledge acquisition mode to match their absorption capacity,and improve innovation performance in interaction to realize the ability catch-up. Conclusions are as follows. Firstly,the evolution of absorption capacity plays an important role in selecting external knowledge acquisition mode: identification and acquirement match merger and acquisition; understanding and digestion match cooperation; transformation and application match intelligence introduction. Secondly,external knowledge acquistion can significantly enhance absorption capacity,which in turn influence the selection of knowledge acquisition mode in next stage. Thirdly,the knowledge acquisition mode matching absorption capacity can significantly improve enterprise innovation performance. The results have important theoretical and practical value in understanding knowledge acquisition mode and the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.
