摘　　要：复发和转移是非小细胞肺癌术后治疗失败的主要原因。中医药在防治非小细胞肺癌术后复发转移方面取得了一定疗效，从中医临床上的中成药运用、辨证复方加减、中西医结合等治疗到基础的抗复发转移机制研究中得到了充分的证实，但也存在一些问题。本文就临床与实验研究现状进行简要综述。Recurrence and metastasis are main causes ofsurgical treatment failure of non-small cell lung cancer.In prevention of non-small cell lung cancer recurrence and metastasis,Chinese medicine has achieved a certain effect. It has been proved by clinical use of Chinese patent drugs, compound modification based on syndrome differentiation, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, and molecular mechanism of anti-recurrence and metastasis, though there are still some problems. This article reviews the recent clinical and experimental research status.
