摘　　要：目的比较分析嘉兴市副溶血性弧菌分离株的血清型、毒力基因和分子分型特征。方法采用血清学和分子生物学方法对63株副溶血性弧菌分离株进行血清型分布、毒力基因耐热直接溶血素基因(tdh)和耐热相关溶血素基因(trh)携带以及ERIC-PCR分型研究。结果食物分离株tdh和trh均为阴性,患者分离株大部分为tdh阳性trh阴性;血清型和ERIC-PCR型别,食物分离株分布较为分散,而患者分离株70%的血清型为O3:K6和80%的ERIC-PCR型别为1型。结论食物分离株和患者分离株毒力基因的携带情况不同,血清型和ERIC-PCR型别,食物分离株较为分散而患者分离株较为集中。Objective To analyze the serotype,virulence genes carrying and molecular typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated strains in Jiaxing. Methods The serotype,virulence genes（tdh and trh）carrying and ERIC-PCR type of 63 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated recent years were studied by serological and molecular biological methods. Results All of strains isolated from food were tdh and trh negative.Most strains isolated from patients were tdh positive and trh negative.Serotype and ERIC-PCR type of strains isolated from food were relatively dispersed.Strains isolated from patients,70% belonged to serotype O3：K6and 80% belonged to ERIC-PCR type 1. Conclusions The virulence genes carrying of strains isolated from food and patients were different.The serotype and ERIC-PCR type of strains isolated from food were relatively dispersed.The serotype and ERIC-PCR type of strains isolated from patients were relatively accumulative.
