生活事件、认知情绪调节策略对军人应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生活事件、认知情绪调节策略对军人应激反应的影响。方法采用军人生活事件量表、认知情绪调节问卷中文版(Chinese version of cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire,CERQC)和军人急性应激反应量表对1 137名军人进行抽样调查。结果 1生活事件和认知情绪调节策略能解释军人应激反应方差变异的25%,其中生活事件(β=0.385,P<0.001)、沉思(β=0.138,P<0.001)、积极重新关注(β=0.066,P<0.05)和灾难化(β=0.119,P<0.001)对军人应激反应有显著正向预测作用,而积极重新评价(β=-0.125,P<0.001)有显著负向预测作用。2灾难化、积极重新关注、积极重新评价和责难他人在生活事件和应激反应之间存在显著调节效应。3沉思通过生活事件刺激量为中介影响应激反应,中介效应占总效应的比例为25.6%。结论认知情绪调节策略是否是适应性策略具有相对性;不同认知情绪调节策略在生活事件与军人应激反应之间的作用存在差异。Objective To identify the effects of life events and cognitive emotion regulation strategies on military stress reaction. Methods The Life Events Scale for Chinese military personnel,the Chinese version of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire（ CERQ-C） and The Military Acute Stress Scale were used to survey 1 137 soldiers from People ＇s Liberation Army and Chinese People ＇s Armed Police Force.Results Life events and cognitive emotion regulation strategies explained 25% variance of military stress reaction. Life events（ β = 0. 385,P 0. 001）,rumination（ β = 0. 138,P 0. 001）,positive refocusing（ β =0. 066,P 0. 05） and catastrophizing（ β = 0. 119,P 0. 001） had significantly positive prediction for military stress reaction,and positive reappraisal had an obvious negatively predictable function to military stress reaction（ β =-0. 125,P 0. 001）. catastrophizing,positive refocusing,positive reappraisal and blaming others played significantly moderating roles in the relationship between life events and military stress reaction.The total score of the life events partially mediated the relationship between rumination and military stress reaction,covering the proportion of total effect of 25. 6%. Conclusion It is relative whether a cognitive emotion regulation strategy is maladaptive or not. Different strategies could play different roles in the relationship between life events and military stress reaction.
